Example Programs

Team Leader Programs

Customised team leader programs based on the Certificate and Diploma programs in frontline management.  The focus is on meeting the organisationís learning objectives with the option of participants obtaining a nationally accredited qualification. 

We develop a close association with clients to effectively fulfil their professional development requirements.  Flexibility and customised delivery and assessment are the hallmarks of our approach. 

The programs include the following features:

> Flexible delivery options including face-to-face delivery, distance and a combination of these.
> Experienced industry-based facilitators and tutors providing a hands-on approach to organisation based learners.
> Articulation arrangements into graduate management programs to MBA level in conjunction with our learning partner APESMA Management Education.

Programs can be delivered in non-accredited mode as full programs or separate components tailored to specific learning objectives.

The Certificate III, IV and Diploma programs are delivered to best meet the needs of the organisation.  This includes face-to-face workshops, distance education or some combination of these.

Leadership Development Programs

Results offers a range of Leadership programs including a number of tertiary accredited offered under licence and in partnership with the Chifley Business School (formerly APESMA Management Education) and La Trobe University.  The accredited programs combine workshops and distance learning which can be delivered as part of an organisationís leadership development program. 

Accredited programs are customised to suit organisational context and objectives and may articulate into a: 

> Graduate Certificate of Management
> Graduate Diploma of Management
> Master of Business Administration

Programs include:

> Employer-Based Unit: May consist of a single program or a combination of programs from within the organisation.  Results Consulting can assist with the selection of internal programs or can develop a suitable program addressing the organisationís leadership capabilities framework. 
> Short Courses:  3 two day short course workshops delivered on-site to obtain one full credit point of the Certificate, Diploma or MBA Ė course details below.
> Business Improvement Project (BIP):  Project in which participants apply material studied to a specific situation in their organisation.
