Chris is the principal of Results Consulting (Australia), and has considerable knowledge and expertise in the human resources field, gained over 20 years as a human resource professional.
Since establishing Results Consulting, Chris has been involved in a range of consulting assignments, including strategic planning, strategic approaches to HR, organisational reviews and restructures, cultural change exercises and classification reviews. He is a skilled facilitator who has worked with numerous groups (including SES) in areas such as leadership planning, customer service, performance management, coaching and teambuilding. Chris's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Politics) and accreditation in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Team Management Index (TMI), Linking Skills Index and Types of Work Index
Prior to establishing his own company, Chris held a number of positions at Senior Executive Service level in the Australian Public Service. He was the Assistant Secretary responsible for human resource issues in the Public Employment Placement Enterprise taskforce (PEPE) in the Department of Employment, Education, Training and Youth Affairs. Chris also served as project leader for the Management Advisory Board's Quality in Customer Service project and as Assistant Commissioner responsible for development and delivery of the Public Service Commission's training and development products.
Chris also worked for the Tasmanian Department of Health as Senior Industrial Relations Advocate and served as part of a three person team responsible for reorganisation of the Tasmanian Health Sector.
Chris is the immediate past President of the ACT branch of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
