Christine Donnelly has twenty years experience in government service delivery, human resource management and psychological services fields. Christine holds post-graduate qualifications in psychology, specialising in management, organisational development and rehabilitation counselling. While working in government agencies, she was a highly regarded practitioner in the internal consulting, training and development and rehabilitation counselling.
As an internal training consultant, Christine worked closely with technical specialists (in IT, Finance, Legal, Personnel specialities) to assist them to design and deliver interesting and relevant training. She also assisted a number of community based programs to design, deliver and evaluate training and other programs aimed at improving service delivery performance.
In work with organisational groups at all levels, Christine is a skilled facilitator who taps into clients' key issues with ease.
Christine has extensive report writing experience, both within government and as part of the Results Consulting team. She is a specialist in ensuring that client organisations receive consulting deliverables in formats which best meet their needs.
Christine has provided human resource management and organisational consulting services to a range of organisations including: Department of Health and Ageing; Department of Family and Community Services; Centrelink; Australian Communications Authority; Department of the Treasury; Department of Transport and Regional Services; Child Support Agency; AusIndustry; Joint House Department; Health Insurance Commission; Medibank Private; ACTEW; Country Energy NSW; ACT Health; and ACT Housing.
